Great Grace – Acts 4:32-37

What happens when the body of Christ is truly filled and walking in Great Grace?  They become more and more like their LORD Jesus Christ.  Willing to sacrifice it all so that the needs of others can be provided for.  In our day and age of individualism, materialism, and down right greed – seeing the way our early brothers and sisters acted towards one another challenges us to what church should and could be like.  The question is, do we really want to be the Church that Jesus died for?  Watch and engage the Word of God, and be challenged and encouraged by what the Holy Spirit says and desires to do in the Church.

What Do You Have to Give? – Acts 3:1-10

What do you have to give? When you meet a homeless person on the street and they ask you for money, what is your genuine response? When your co-worker asks if you have time to have dinner as there is something important on their mind, what is your genuine response? When God says to give to others, what is your genuine response? This week, join Doug as he talks about how even though Peter and John had no money to give, they had the abundant life, love, and power of Jesus Christ of Nazareth to give! We also; even if we are absolutely poor, we can be abundantly rich and give the greatest of all TREASURES. Are you rich in the world, yet bankrupt in Christ? Then you really have nothing. The truth is; even if you are financially poor, but are filled with Christ – you have everything!

Bad News, Good News – Acts 2:22-41

Bad News or Good News, what do you want to hear first?  Sometimes the only way we can truly appreciate the Good News is if we really understand how bad the bad news is.  This week we look at the first preaching of the Holy Spirit in the New Testament through the apostle Peter.  The message is strong, but truth with a deep love for his fellow Jews.  We don’t have to live in the Bad News, especially when God has given us such amazing Good News.
